These flared velvet pants feature front and back panels, they are laced with shimmering grey ribbon up the side of each leg. They have a subtle leopard print (black on black). Hardly worn! I can measure the hip width if you’d like- they fit me when my hips were 62”. They’re super stretchy, great for movement, performance or even a club or party!
