Beautiful Gems en Vogue II Italian Shell Cameo set in a Palladium/Sterling alloy with genuine gemstone accents and matching earrings. The chain measures 18” with another 2 inch extension. The cameo is oversized and measures 2 1/2” high and 1 1/2” across. The earrings are pierced with a clip closure over the post, and measure 3/4” high and 1/2” across. The accent stones are described and do test as genuine stones, and it is marked 925 in a number of places. The cameo is made as an enhancer style with a firm clip on the back and the necklace chain has a lobster style clasp.
