Generation Love XS White Off Shoulder White‎ Dress Eyelets long

Dress is new without tags. Just don’t have the tags. Never worn. Elastic at the shoulder can be worn on or off the shoulder. Little tie front with peephole Elastic and waist and arms. Not sure what else to call the pattern but it looks like eyelets without the holes. Round dot pattern. Fully lined by body but not sleeves. Measurements I feel the dress is an oversized loose fit 17.5” pit to pit. 12.5” waist. Is stretchy 19” sleeve from top of shoulder to wrist 46” length from top of bodice to hem Questions?
