This Watercolor Pattern Helmut Lang dress came from Barneys NY and even though it is size 10, it was altered for me - so it fits like a roomier size 6. It has a slight stretch to it. No spots/pulls - just normal signs of occasional wear. Fully lined and feels light on during hot NY summer.

I am confused re the size. It says 10 altered to 6 but also listed as size 8. Can you clarify?

@jillloewe hi! It was a 10 and felt a bit too shapeless. So I took it in slightly. BTW, It’s made of stretchy fabric and is lined. I would say it fit me really well when I was between sizes 6 and 8 in most designer brands. I am an 8 now and it’s a bit snug, which is why I am selling it.
