I received the purse with the crossbody strap. I'm having trouble figuring out why the strap doesn't both go the same direction. one hangs down for the length and the other one hangs up for the length. could you help me with this?

@debbiechrist998 Hi, I honestly never bothered the crossbody strap. I may have attempted to make it shorter one time and never adjusted it again. I didn’t carry this purse often at all. Maybe try You tube and see if there is a tutorial on there. because I have no idea how to direct you . Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

disregard the question about the straps for the purse. I did not realize there was a third strap like an extra and I was trying to put them all together. I finally got it figured out thank you so much for doing business with me it has been a pleasure!
