Gently used ElieTahari SILK floral dress

Worn 2 times. Rare find. 💯 silk! Note bottom hem is out. Not sure if I bought it this way bc it’s so subtle and easy fix or just leave it. I’ve reduced the price bc of this. For reference bust is 34 inches. I’m a 34dd and this fits me really beautifully.
