Gently used, J Crew Dress

Dark periwinkle/blue colored J crew dress. Cinched at the waist, slit in the back, and detail at the shoulder. Great dress for a business professional event or in the office. Minor picks at the bottom of dress on back (pictured). Can easily be smoothed over. I’m 5’3 and it hits right at the knee.
