Pink Owl brand light-weight, breathable SUMMER dress. The armpit area is a great cut for hot weather, loose. The cut is slightly Western. Dress this up with platforms or in cowgirl boots, sandals, too! Tag says Medium. I would size this 6-8. Top of shoulder to bottom hem is appx 35”. Elastic waist laying flat is 12” across.
