Gently worn skirt. 100% nylon (see size description)

This skirt was handmade by a friend here in Cali. She has a full retail store with unique designs so you will NOT see anyone in this! It’s sort of a barrel look, has pleats and short splits at the hem. Had elastic waistband. PLEASE READ: it’s labeled Size 4, but this is NOT you US standard size 4! This is a size 12-14. It can maybe fit a 16 with the width of the skirt and the elastic waist. Very unique and stylish. Heels, boots (my fav) it flap around in flip flops! Works with anything!
