Genuine 1970s Vintage Halter Dress -- Spring, Floral, Sustainable Fashion

This genuine, 1970s vintage dress is GORGEOUS but is sadly too large for me. It would better fit an individual who fits the measurements, posted below. (I originally purchased this dress--the precise dress in the photos--from American Archive on Etsy.) It is missing a button on the back halter, which is how I originally bought it (as it's easily replaceable--I'd sew another if this dress fit me well!) Belt *not* included.
