Why does sleeve have dots all over at cuff area

@grandma2twins It's real leather, suade. The lighting accentuates the material and makes it look like dots but they aren't. If you zoom in on other pics you can see it there too. Like rubbing suade back and forth it makes lines or whatever. Same thing. It's in perfect condition.
