Genuine Natural Pearl Gemstone Sterling Silver Vtg Ring 7 -7.75" Adjustable Really pretty vintage ring featuring six natural pearls and 3 little red accents. I would guess the little red accents are garnet, maybe ruby but I can not say for sure.
