Do you happen to know the origin of the rubies by chance?
sgomez409
@pepegirl1983
My best “guess” would be India or Thailand 😊
pepegirl1983
@sgomez409 thank you very much.
sgomez409
@pepegirl1983
Could also be Mozambique
sasha127hall
@pepegirl1983 they are lab made.
sgomez409
@sasha127hall not these they’re genuine rubies
sgomez409
@sasha127hall Lab created would be pidgeon blood color and very clear as well.
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 Lab created rubies can be created in all different fashions and while they will not have natural inclusions they are not all perfect looking. Also often they make lab pink colored diamonds to mimic Burmese, red isn’t the only color. Lab/ synthetic rubies have been around well over a hundred years.
sasha127hall
Pink colored rubies not diamonds*
sgomez409
@sasha127hall of course but these are not lab created
sgomez409
@sasha127hall this ring has inclusions btw.
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 I am GIA certified, this certainly not a natural Ruby and I doubt you have the expertise to differentiate between natural inclusions, especially with just a loupe. A good test for a beginner is using a UV light, synthetic rubies will fluoresce very brightly.
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 a natural Ruby of this size would not be cut in this fashion, or set in sterling without having precious metal bezels.
sgomez409
@sasha127hall It’s ALL natural and I doubt you know what you’re talking about. If you’re not interested in it pls “troll” another seller.
sgomez409
@sasha127hall You’re incorrect again natural rubies do flouresce under UV
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 hahaha you are obviously googling things. I said synthetics will fluoresce brightly. They do such much much brighter than natural rubies although Burmese have a stronger fluoresce but there is a huge difference. It’s better to be honest with your customers than try to cover your butt!
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 you’re the one who has been incorrect each time and trying to throw industry words like pigeon blood red around, when you’re not knowledgeable about gems. Have a good one
sgomez409
@sasha127hall So not true. If you’re referring to high quality and grade rubies that’s a whole different story.
sgomez409
@sasha127hall Bye Troll! U have no clue for supposedly being “GIA” cert 🙄 Pls troll someone else.
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 what’s so not true? The fluorescent, yes… it is. Everything you’ve said as “fact” has been untrue, I would not trust buying jewelry from you.
sgomez409
@sasha127hall Lol I’ve never been dishonest with a customer and if anything was misrepresented they can return it for a full refund. Guess u don’t understand the policy too well either. Bye troll
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 quality and grade has nothing to do with fluorescence. Wrong again
sgomez409
@sasha127hall think u got your GIA cert thru Google School 🤷🏻♀️
sgomez409
@sasha127hall I wouldn’t trust buying anything from you either. I use to sell gemstones from the Jewelry Mart in the Bay Area, I know my gemstones. But Thank U for this comic relief you provided. Good luck with your next victim and your attempt to discredit my ring. There’s so many on here wish Posh would weed you trolls out.
sasha127hall
@sgomez409 someone trying to inform you should be met with curiously and a civil conversation, by the way you reply and try to attack me it’s obvious you purposefully deceive your customers. Have a good one
sgomez409
@sasha127hall oh brother 🙄🙄🙄 I can’t with you. Move along already geez.
