Genuine Velour Vintage Hat

Genuine imported Velour hat. I know it is at least vintage if not antique. There are no flaws that I can find. The netting on the top could be misshapen but I am not sure what it is supposed to look like. Let me know if you need more information or measurements. Thank you!
