Genuine amethyst/diamonds solid gold vintage tulip ring and necklace 🌷

I received this set as an engagement proposal in 2007. I do not have paperwork on it as I said “no” and he told me to just keep it. A gemologist told me the amethysts were very high quality. And there are genuine diamonds surrounding the amethyst. The ring is approximately (I’m guessing based on my current ring size) a size 6/7 and 24k solid gold. The necklace is 18” in length and also solid gold although I do not know how many karats. I have had this set sitting in my jewelry drawer for many years but this is an old school 80’s style tulip ring. Very beautiful set, not my style though. Please feel free to ask questions.
