Genuine leather document folder with zippers and tie down closure straps

Real leather. Outside dimensions 13-3/4” x 10-1/2” Inside has 2 pockets wit zipper closures. Pockets are 12” x 7-1/2”. It has tie down straps to close the folder. Lined with polyester fabric. There are some almost invisible spots of white paint as shown on the photo.
