Gorgeous Geode brand dress! Fully lined navy base with a light cream (off-white) lace overlay at the top. The blue photographed more primary blue, rather than true to the navy. It is slightly darker in person, but even more beautiful! Two layers of tulle at the bottom hem to fluff it out a little.
