Geode vintage style dress with ultra Full skirt cap sleeve pearl details

Gorgeous vintage style dress with tiny waist and extra full skirt. Bright blue color with white scallop stitching and pearl details. Some pearls are missing and the zipper still works but is getting finicky around the waistline. May need replacing down the line. Fabric offer ZERO stretch so please double check the measurements for yourself. 24 inch waist I think is the max for this.
