Geoffrey Beene Boutique Purchased at Garfinckel's in Washington DC Geoffrey Beene polka dot gown Mixed polka dot twill in banded stripe pattern Tailored fit with defined waist and full skirt Open side slit pockets Center back zip 1970's Geoffrey Beene Boutique Label Original Dress had attached Big Bow at the Neck - See last 2 photos. It's missing on this dress but I see no signs of where it was attached. The outside of the dress is in fantastic condition. 3 Button cuffs. On the left sleeve there is a button missing but it is attached to the dress with a safety pin. See photo. Biggest issue with this dress is the lining. It has holes all throughout and ripping and what looks like drying/cracking. It needs to be removed and/or replaced. Price is reflective of the issues. Perfect dress for a vintage lover, boutique owner or seamstress. I believe by the tag it is a Size 4 13.5" waist 54" length 23" sleeves - top of shoulder to wrist Any questions, feel free to ask.
