Geometric Button Up Tunic Small

I bought this several years ago on Etsy. As you can see by the pictures, the tag is worn out so I am unsure of the brand-name. I do not know the material, but I have washed it on gentle cycle. I use this as a swim cover up. The measurements are approximately: Bust: 19.5” Length: 30”
