Size why. Like if they are made in US a Med probably runs truer to size but if not how does it measure up in say UK. And what is inseam on M

I am not sure about the UK. You can google it and compare. If you want to order medium get it. If it doesn’t fit I will exchange it for a size up or down for the same item, but you need to pay for returning the items and I will pay to ship back the-new items.
