Geometric pattern spaghetti strap dress / shirt

Turquoise/teal, pink, black, white and gray. It's supposed to be a dress but it's barely too short to be a dress on me and I'm 5'3. You can still wear it as a shirt tucked in to shorts with a belt. The straps are adjustable. I've worn it twice but it's in great condition.
