George Simonton ruffle front top - Size 2X

Beautiful black top by George Simonton in 2X. In a poly/spandex blend, this top feels like silk and is very flowy. The vertical ruffles add an elegant feel as they move with the breeze. This top has a slight cap sleeve and exaggerated round neck. This one is a must have to dress up a pair of slacks for desk to dinner.
