Think Slim has a front tummy control panel. Wide 2” elastic waist band. Two pockets. Measurements flat are approximately 23” waist, 14” rise & 29.5” inseam. In excellent like new condition with NO spots or damage. Tag size is 26W-28W 4X. I wore them once & laundered. They shrunk both ways. LOL! The size is closet to 26 3X.
