Gerard Darel trousers size 36 (US 2/4) Fit like a US 2

Gerard Darel beautiful wide leg trousers. Size 36 which is a US 4, but believe they run small and fit more like a 2. They are a slim fit through the hips and while I am a 4, I am a bit more curvy. For them to drape properly a slimmer hip may fit the bill.
