German purple ruffled top

Lightweight purple gingham top from Germany. Cute ruffle detail along front buttons as well as sleeves. Elastic around seam of sleeves for a very slight puff effect. Ties at center of each sleeve. 21” PTP and 24” shoulder to buttom seam. Elastic at sleeve about 7” flat.
