Germany Folk Art Painted Decoupage Wood Slice Wall Hanging Vintage Heidelberg

My parents bought some souvenirs on a trip to Europe in the 1960s - 1970s. This is a decoupage city scape of Heidelberg, West Germany, hand painted on a slice of wood! It measures about 8" wide x 5" tall. You can see the tree rings on the back side (and a hook for hanging), bark, and a little paint on the edges. There are a couple of small areas where the paint is crazing, and starting to chip. But is still in good vintage condition. My dad had this art work hanging in his " man cave " bar.
