From the shoulder seam to the front hem, it is approximately 28 1/4 inches. The back is about 3 inches longer. When zipped and without stretching the elastic, the waist is 19 1/2 inches across the front. I hope that helps.

Oops. There is not elastic. The waist is gathered from drawstrings inside the jacket.
