Get the Pelvic Floor Back in Action!

I would like to share with you, your friends, and your family members a book that I have written and illustrated to assist with overcoming dysfunction of the pelvic floor! My book is whimsically informative, yet touches on heavy subjects that I hope more people will become comfortable discussing so they can receive help! Weakness and tension in the muscles of the pelvic region are often overlooked as the culprits of many debilitating conditions including incontinence and difficulty emptying, pelvic pain and prolapse, sciatica and scoliosis, and painful intercourse. But, there is an active means of rehabilitating and managing these conditions with guidance. And, this guidance has truly restored patients’ abilities to “live”. Since the majority of my patients were women as of this writing, the book is written in a "she" format. But, many of the techniques apply to men as well. Some conditions are touchy subjects, particularly those involving sexual trauma. Some words may step on a few toes. But, everyone has a different recipe for recovery, and I truly delve into finding each and every one. My book is truly written for anyone and everyone: Clinicians, patients, and anyone interested in not becoming a patient, and there are even sections for partners of patients.
