@sackelstein1994 so thank you for your query about the waste it is actually 19 I've put a photo in there. I apologize for my previous error. this is a beautiful suit and there's no way I can capture it with my poor photography but I have put new photos in to try and showed off a little bit better there was no way the pants would fit on the mannequin. so I don't have any better pictures of the pants

the 19 is a flat measurement. so the waist is 38
