used only a few hours 2 years ago for my 6 week old baby. so technically he was a newborn. weighing 6 lbs. this was a little big on him but it worked for the purpose. and he stayed very warm ! can't find this costume anymore anywhere. I got it on Amazon 2 years ago and it was listed for $65. after tax, I paid $74.

sirenmermaid89 @vgriego20 so sorry I didn't see your comment until now. this has just sold this early morning. but honestly I am not sure. I actually just checked my original order of this and the sizing chart for this size says it only goes up to 12 lbs. so I think it would have been too snug for your 13lb baby. not to mention we still have a couple weeks to go until Halloween.
