Elastic at sleeve & bottom hems. Navy blue with golds & whites. 2 front pockets with gold toned button closures. Front has zip closure. Please remember to check measurement pictures as vintage sizing can vary from current sizing. Great used condition but does have 2 small flaws: there is a small white dot on the collar.
