Beautiful and rare skirt from Giambattista Valli for Impulse (Macy’s) Holiday 2011 Collection 💫 Voluminous and ruffled, with its bold red and floral pattern, this skirt looks great with just a simple black turtleneck. I would say it’s a high rise, outlining the waistline. The edges at the waist are “raw” on purpose which makes it sassy and chic.
