Formal/prom dress; one shoulder with ruffle accent; some imperfections on inner lining from where I used fashion tape, does not affect look or fit of dress (pictured); worn once and has been dry cleaned; zip closure with hook and eye on side; pleating in front; I wore with flats and am 5 ft 5 in
