Used, like new. I received them from my late grandmother’s items, and haven’t worn them as they are too big for me. Truthfully they may have not been worn but as I don’t have the box I can’t say for sure. These are technically flat. The heel has a small platform about 1/4” tall. Leather upper, man made rubber sole. Made in Brazil.
