Gianni Bini blue sleeveless high-low shirtdress xs

This is the cutest dress! I bought it on ebay and it doesn't fit me. My loss is your gain. The previous owner said she wore it twice and it certainly looks brand new. Pictures don't do it justice, but I think the opening in the upper back area is the best part!
