Gianni petite silk striped evening jacket

Gianni petite striped evening jacket. 100% silk. Collared with 4 decorative buttons. Size 4. Approx. measur laying flat & relaxed: bust 36”, waist 32”, shoulder width 15.5”, length 30”, sleeve length 22.5”. Last pic shows a design flaw in the left back area. Its a black thread partially sewn over the horizontal stripes. It looks like it can be cut out but I don’t want to risk damaging the garment.
