Gibson Latimer Small Fuschia Dress

- dress has never been worn - long dress - the fuschia color is little brighter in person than in the pictures - waist section is elastic - approximately 58 inches long - has some chiffon on the lower half of dress - dress does one loop on each side for a belt (see picture). Although I never wore it I bought it a few years back and cannot remember if it actually came with a matching fabric to put through the loops. With that being said the dress doesn’t come with anything for the loops
