Gibson & Sons Redware Pottery Hand Decorated Teapot

Vintage 1940's Gibson & Sons Pottery red/earthenware 'Brown Betty' #208B hand decorated teapot. Made in Clifton England. Dark brown with hand painted white, sea green & orange enamel beading, gold scroll design with gold gild accents. Has steam hole on lid final. Can still be used, fully functional and very pretty! 5 ¼" tall, about 9" handle to spout, and a mouth diameter of 3 ¾". Has one chip on its outside rim, a couple spots of paint loss, and gold gild loss in various degrees, worst on its lid ( see last 3 pics ).
