Gibson*Latimer Dress, NEW with tags, lined, black, Size Small V neck with ties, ruffled collar, tiered detailing, flowy material feels luxurious This dress is classy and comfy, it feels luxurious I just found the styling was not for me. It is very wide for a small but that is the style. Easy to dress up or down. Back of neck to bottom in the front is 35", 2" longer in the back I was so disappointed that I decided I did not care for the wide style but it is very popular. No perfumes or febreeze in this home due to allergies
