These are gorgeous, extremely well made ankle boots. Gidigio is a high end shoe maker that has it's factory in Marche Italy. Marche is known for it's artisan shoe makers. These shoes have a stacked wood heel about 2". They zippers are high quality and the shoe sole has a good rubber tread to keep you from slipping.
