This is a heavy, thick fabric with pleats. 78% Polyester, 22% Rubber. Size 4. 2) btween black, white, & pink striped skirt with stretch waist and zipper closure on back. Full skirt with white lining. Size 4/5. The threads at the seam at the bottom on the back side are a bit lose and may need to be stitched at some point. 100% Polyester.
