Gimmicks brand (from The Buckle) puffy sleeved top. 3/4 length sleeves. Square neck with a tie across the back. Cream/Off-white with black embroidered design on the sleeves. Loose fit. VERY CUTE!!! Never worn. Colder water washed once and hung to dry.
