Reposhing this item I purchased from @susiegil1183. Cute blue and white gingham print. Keyhole like feature in back with neck tie. Elasticized waist, A line skirt. No care/content tag but feels like cotton blend. Pretty minimal stretch. Bust 18-20” Waist 14” Unstretched, could probably fit up to 16” Shoulder to hem; 39”
