Gingham & Heels Blue Watercolour Dress

Beautiful dress new with tags. Unfortunately this dress has no stretch and had two fit issues. 1. I have swimmer lats & shoulders so the last inch won't zip if I want to breathe. 2. The position of the hips was meant for someone ~5'3" and lower or a shorter torso (I'm 5'5" with an average to long torso). This wasn't a total deal breaker as you can't really tell in photos, but between the two not going to work for its purpose. Paid $20 in shipping and it costs another $10 to return for in store credit only to then reship a new item for another $20. I was really hoping this dress would work but alas it doesn't.
