Gingham one shoulder dress

Fun dress with ruffles at shoulder. Elastic neckline holds dress in place. Small stain noted at bottom but has not been treated and not put in dryer. Price reflects. Size small =4/5, but brand runs a little small IMO-more like a 4. Would be more tunic length to fit as a 5. Bundle with other items to save more!
