Gingham rain jacket - small

This black and white gingham rain jacket has matching belt, two front pockets and is in like new condition! Length of jacket from shoulder to bottom hem is 31 in, arms are 22 in long from seam. Button front, double breasted. Label states extra small, but it fits more like a medium. It is a thin lightweight material, unlined. Feels like nylon. Perfect for summer. If you like a fitted rain jacket this would fit like a medium. if you want room underneath for bulky clothes then it would fit a small.
