Excellent pre-owned condition! I could find no flaws, no holes, no rips, no stains. Stored since the 70's and has an old tag attached, likely from a resale boutique at that time (see last photo). Wool double-breasted blazer with and extra button attached inside, cuffs have 3 buttons at each end. Two large pockets at lower front. No wear to the armpit lining - the photos of the lining show "shadows" - there are no "spots". Size 42 in Italy is comparable to a Woman's Size 6 is the US. Measurements: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 17" Armpit to armpit is 20" Inside armpit down sleeve (sleeve length) is 16" From collar straight down back is a lengthy 29 1/2".
