Hi, Width 17" measurement is width where on jacket? Please send measurements -- across the back shoulder to shoulder with jacket buttoned closed lying on front. then, pit to pit with across front for bust measure with closed/buttoned jacket, lying on back; sleeve along outside seam from where sleeve inserts into shoulder down to bottom of cuff/hem.
