Giovanni Rose Pin - Lovely.

This a a flawless, clearly marked Giovanni gold tone rosebud pin. Vintage - post WW2. I really think people are missing the boat on vintage and antique brooches, pins, and clips. The words ARE CONVERT WITHOUT DAMAGING SO THEY GO BACK TO ORIGINAL. These pieces are so easy to use in your hair, as a pendant, on your bag a la J Onassis Kennedy - do not argue with JOK. You can use them on your hat, the side of your boot, at your waist. They look great on a good denim jacket. You know that top that opens a little too low? PIN IT. CLIP IT. BROOCH IT. But here is my favorite: you put yourself on a strappy little top and right where that strap hits the actual top - put the pin around the strap. Ooo lah lah. Classy and flirty and just enough sexy. Yep - I said it. Sexy.
